      In aug of 2023 i made a purchase for 6 arm sleeves and 3 pairs of leg sleeves. Upon receiving my shipment, I noticed a pair of arm sleeves were missing in my order. Since i made the purchase via affirm, i tried contacting affirm to fix my issue but they said I had to contact custom sport sleeves to resolve this. It is now 6 months later and i have yet to hear back from CSS about my order. (Order no *****).  I've tried calling the phone number and no response. I also received the message to text a number, but I wasn't comfortable with that option. I emailed CSS directly and never received a response. I went on the website and filled out the issue form and never received a reply despite it saying on the site a response would be sent immediately. I've even reached out via Instagram on their page and no response to my issue. ****** keeps trying to charge me for the missing item and refuses to acknowledge the fact CSS is ignoring the issue and not following their own policies.

      Hi, Apologies for the delay here. Though we 100% are a legit business and are trying to re-vamp our customer support team. I just went through and issued a refund on all of the sleeves he bought.

      I placed an order for 4 custom arm sleeves. Upon receipt of them, two of them had issues. One was in the wrong color font and the other had a font that didn't match the other 3 that I had ordered. I called the seller and got what is a third party phone monitoring service that automatically transfers you to the sellers voicemail. You NEVER get a real person no matter what time you call the business. The voicemail tells you that for a "quicker response" text ***** at a different phone number. I text that number 4 times over a 2 week period with no response. I also emailed their support email. I also submitted a help request through their website. All went unanswered. I have since filed a dispute through Paypal. When you do so they encourage you to reach out. There was a different number provided so I tried calling that which went to a completely different company. At this point the seller has yet to respond to the dispute through paypal either as they have reached out to the seller also. The product is nice but there is absolutely no quality control, no customer service and what appears to be an active attempt to not speak to customers or rectify any issues that arise.

      I ordered a large-sized wrist sleeve based on the sizing chart, but it was too large. Returned the large-sized wrist sleeve for a refund, and ordered two medium-sized wrist sleeves. I have not received the refund in more than one month. I have sent a web contact form request, left a voice mail message, and texted the number provided. No response from "Chris." Had I looked at the reviews here before ordering, I would have steered clear of this outfit. It is likely that somebody is now wearing the large-sized wrist sleeve I returned, and "Chris" is enjoying a few extra bucks and change.

      I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent transaction with CUSTOM SPORTS SLEEVES. After ordering a pair of custom sleeves, I promptly realized I had selected the wrong size. Seeking to rectify the mistake, I immediately reached out to the company hoping for a ****************. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to communicatespanning FIVE emails, numerous phone calls, and several text messagesI received no acknowledgment or response. THE ***** IS A MAN NAMED ***** WHO OPERATES THE BUSINESS FROM A PERSONAL CONTACT NUMBER AND NOT A BUSINESS.Adding to my concerns, I was notified that my order had been delivered, even though I haven't received the item in question. To provide feedback and share my experience, I submitted a 1-star review on the company's website. However, it appears my review was never published.I am deeply disappointed and feel that I've been misled by this company. I paid for a product I never received, and the lack of communication is troubling. I believe potential customers should be aware of such practices, and I hope appropriate actions are taken to address this issue.I AM CONVINCED THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND A HUGE SCAM.

      I purchased 13 custom sports sleeves on 8/23/23 with the ROBOTO font. The sleeves arrived on 9/5/23 with a completely different font. I contacted the seller immediately via the contact us form, as well as via email to the support email address. Four days passed with zero response. I think called the customer support phone number, which directed me to text a specific number. I have texted multiple times over the last 3 days and still no response. This business is incredibly unprofessional. I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future and will be warning others about their tactics.

      I ordered and paid for two sports sleeves on June 12th. Two weeks later only one arrived. After trying to contact the business to correct the order, I finally was able to reach them via text at *************. On June 30 the person texting me said they would send the missing sleeve, but I have not received it yet. This person is no longer answering my texts, and will not respond to voicemail. His voicemail message identifies him as "Chris".

      I ordered my son an arm sleeve on March 28, 2023. When I ordered the sleeve I ordered based on the sizing chart listed on the website. When the sleeve arrived it was too big for my son so I reached out to the company on April 4, 2023. I did not hear receive an email back until April 10. At that time they stated that I can send the sleeve back with a note stating that I need a different size and what happened. I sent it in the mail on April 12. On April 24 I received the replacement sleeve in the mail. When I opened the package it was the original sleeve with the note that I sent back for return. I emailed the company again and did not hear back until April 30 saying that they would expedite the replacement sleeve and to keep the first. Waiting for the new sleeve I emailed checking status on May 10, 15, and 18 and no response. I also called yesterday to try and speak with someone but got a voicemail to text a number to check the status. I texted and of course no response. Very frustrated with the lack of response and not getting what was promised. Original order number was *****.
