      I paid 49.95 for 2 custom sports leg sleeves. My son only wore them once and the writing on them rubbed off. I had contacted the seller probably about 10 times. They never responded to me until I had mentioned turning them into the Better Business Bureau. They then would tell me that they would replace my order. I did not have the email for my order as I deleted it afterwards but I paid through PayPal so I have a copy of the transaction which they told me if I had they would be able to look it up and send me new ones. This showed them how much I paid and I even sent pictures. They refused to respond to me after that This all starting in January. I even tried to get PayPal involved and they never responded to them either. All I wanted was to have my items replaced since they were defective or to be refunded and I have gotten neither.

      I ordered a custom arm sleeve on January 24, 2023. The order looked to be filled and shipped promptly with a tracking number. The tracking number showed that the product had not moved since January 27, 2023. I messaged Custom Sports Sleeves on Feb 10 and then again on Feb 17. I received a reply from CSS Feb 20, 2023 and that is the last that I have heard from them. I emailed again March 5, March 15 and April 6 requesting that CSS take action on this matter but I have heard absolutely nothing back from them. It has been nearly 3 months since I initially ordered the arm sleeve. I have paid for the item and shipping in full and I have had one response from them in this time.

      Hello BBB, I am seeking your help with this ****************** Custom Sports Sleeves ). My kids wanted to buy me these sleeves for Xmas, so I order them from this company. When the product came in I opened the package around 1/16/23 and found that Arm Sleeves were to big. I have tried to contact someone like the recording says when you call this company. The message ask you to Text ***** for any kind of help to you seeking. After texting ***** about 20 times with No responds told me that I needed to contact BBB because they don`t respond back to your Text Messages or Emails....... All I wanted was to return these items and get the correct size. they were quick to charge my card for $300.00 plus dollars but when came contacting ***** or **** No one answers the phone and good luck with them getting in touch with you from an Email. Like I said all I want is to get the correct size for my Arm. ( I DON`T KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS IN BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.)

      I ordered this product Dec. 9th 2022 A week later I checked my bank account. I had recieved one text message from company stating my order had been recieved. Nothing further for 3 weeks. I tried calling t, texting, emailing multiple times with no response. Sent a complaint on their ******** page. Finally recieved but wrong size. Cant get ahold of anyone at all now.

      I ordered pink arm sleeves and bicep bands for my childrens local high school. They are for Breast Cancer Awareness month in October as their mother has just undergone treatment. Placed an order on Sep 3rd and paid online over $1000. Invoice was sent and *********************************** said he would email me with fulfillment and shipping information. He hasnt responded to 2 follow up emails, customer service has not responded to emails and any ***** or *** number just goes to his personal number which has a full mailbox.

      Better Business Bureau:

      It was quite the production trying to get in touch with someone at the company.  Once contact was made every effort was made to resolve the situation.  It was 3 weeks from order to delivery but the lack of communication was most troublesome due to the size of my order.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Ordered 2 sports sleeves for my 13 yr old son, confirmation email sent back to me, my credit card charged, but no sleeve ever showed up, left several voice messages with their generic voice mail system, sent several emails never once with a response back.

      My daughter ordered 6 sleeves to give as gifts. The package arrived about a week later than expected and therefore, were not received in time for the Christmas gatherings and 4 of the 6 sleeves were no longer needed. I have called and left messages, sent emails with no responses, and filled out their message option on their website with no response. I just need to return the unwanted sleeves and have my daughter refunded, but there is zero communication from the company.
