We got a loan from Flagstar back in August. All mortgage payments were made till current. Flagstar reversed one payment putting us behind schedule. they supposedly forwarded the payment to a company called Senlar. This is supposed to be a service company. I have no idea what it is for and never gave permission to forward funds. they claim it is for the first payment. If that would be the case, we would be up to date. I tried calling many times and cannot come to a resolution with them. Each rep. is saying something else and they can't seem to clear it up.Business response

Hello, we are unable to respond to this as we do not have the complainant's name or address in our database. If the complainant is a spouse, then a third party authorization form must be completed and returned, as we can only respond to those who are authorized on the loan.
