If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have a 30-day return privilege (unless otherwise stated) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance. According to our records your item was purchased 12/13/2023. It is outside of our return policy. Gold plated jewelry does need to be handled with care. You would want to be sure to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, remove jewelry before swimming or showing. ****** care can prolong its lifespan.
