I signed up for this clinical research app. They also had a referral program. I sent it to all of my friends who would love to do clinical research as well. They were supposed to pay me $5 for joining and $5 for each friend. Well I think they paid beyond their means and ended up voiding out all of the referrals and did not pay me for my friends joining nor myself.Business response

I recently was promoting their app which stated you get $5 for each person that signs up. I recieved $10 instantly and the left stated in queue the total was 105 remaining after several days they said they were having issues. I checked yesterday and all my payments are showing voided after the company promised i would get paidBusiness response

This place owes me money for referrals and only paid me for 6 out of 11 I have proof of it also but this site wont let me upload it. Ive emailed them numerous times and no response from them. They refuse to respond or pay meBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof of all the referrals so thats a lie there was 11 altogether. I have proof of all that I got all the notifications and everything not only that I just had two more people sign up and stealing been paid for them so thats a lie they owe me $35 as it stands right now so until they pay the full amount Im going to continue rejecting this for some reason this site will not let me upload my pictures of my proof, so someone needs to reach out to me so I can upload the proof I clearly had 11 referrals I was only paid for five of them. I have proof of it all and I just got two more referrals today that aint even showing so until Im paid the full amount that Im owed were gonna continue to go back-and-forth cause I have proof

I am rejecting this response because: ive emailed you guys over and over and over and you all refuse to respond. Theres multiple emails if you guys just look youll see Ive done sent numerous emails Im not gonna keep doing that why do you think Im dealing with it this way Ive tried and tried and tried to contact you people for a month nobody wanted to respond back, so no Im not sending any more emails go in and check the emails I already sent that you never responded to. Theres at least 10 of them and Im not the only one with this issue. I know that using your app you guys will not respond to if I wouldve got a response and did it that way I wouldnt be contacting the Better Business Bureau and if I could upload the proof to the site I would, but it will not let me upload. My pictures are too large for it so you guys can email me you know what my email address is Im not emailing you no more Ive already been down that road you guys have ignored me, so go check all the emails that I sent to you and respond back to one of them , I shouldnt have to keep going through this

We have you onboarded on Vision Engage app on 31 December 2023 and the respective onboarding referral of $5 was already credited to your account on 16 Jan ****.
Further to this, we see that you made a referral who onboarded on to the app on 2 Jan ****. However, the app referral incentive program ran for two days between the ***** December 2023. If any your referrals have onboarded on to the app during the promotional time period, please email further details or proofs to *************************************************** so we can investigate further and resolve the issue.
