            Never in my life have I been treated so badly by another human in the service industry. I was yelled at for being 4 minutes late for my appointment. Though my car had been at the shop for 2 hours without a single thing done to it and no phone call to inform me. When I dropped my car off I made sure it would be done before I needed to return and pick my son up from school. The time was cut very close and I was nervous I would not be on time. Again, with no notice to me. Thank goodness a friend dropped me back off at the shop. The man servicing my car called me a b**** when I declined further service on my car due to the poor quality of service I had been given thus far. In the end I still insisted on paying for the service because I dont take hand outs from cruel people.I would seriously consider taking your car elsewhere for service. If not for the poor quality service then just for the fact that you dont treat another person that way, especially a patron. Not even sure how I wrote this review considering that whole interaction truly left me speechless. Surf city tire does not value customer service or empathy what so ever. Shame on them.
