Initially I was disappointed that the price for a simple oil change was almost $200 but then I was like OK maybe Ill get decent customer service NO first, the oil change included a car wash when I tell you it looked like a speck of water didnt even touch my car ?? bird p*** still on it.. leaves still under the windshield wipers then it took almost a week just to get a quote because I could not get a service advisor on the phone but as I go into the dealership most of them are sitting on their phones like what? Moving on, I got my appointment scheduled I went in I told the service handler to NOT roll my windows down because I just had my windows tinted.. after being told it would take a hour and 30 minutes I was there for 2 1/2 hours almost.. I then was NEVER told my car was ready. I took it upon myself to go outside and see that I was ready I went to the cashier to pay and thank god I did just in time.. she was ringing someone else up for my ticket! gave him keys and all! So after waiting another ************************************************************************* my car and my windows literally have bubbles in the tint and they clearly have stickers that say do not roll down! Overall my service was terrible and nothing makes me more mad than waiting for something to get done and the people who are supposed to be getting it done are sitting around on their phones. The service manager did reach out and offered a free oil change and car detail then just refunded me my money from the oil change so thats where we stand.
