      My sister and I visited this store in the Grand Canal Shops on 3/12/23 and got conned. I am very confused as to why an upscale mall would lease space to a shady business like this. This company is a scam- plain and simple. They hide the actual price under a fake 'customer copy' showing the agreed upon price. Fraud. Then they hide your receipt under the cardboard insert in the bottom of the bag so there is no possible way you'll see it until you unpack the bag. Then you read the bottom of the receipt that you never saw in the store that says No Returns. We were never told All Sales Are Final when we were in the store. The product causes a rash and itchy skin and looks and smells VERY different from the product they used in the store, so who knows what's really in it?, but you find all this out too late- you've been scammed! But the worst part of the whole experience was the employees; the number of lies they told us is stomach turning. From the second you walk in the store, they are conning you. But they didn't stop there, one employee, Galina was so rude and insulting to my sister, if I would have known I would have left the store immediately. My sister is a TWO TIME cancer, cancer surgery and chemo survivor and takes impeccable care of herself! Based only on my sister's appearance, she accused my sister if NOT taking care of her skin at all. Very hurtful and insulting and possibly ageist of that woman. My sister was understandably upset and couldn't tell me for a couple of days after. I wish I had overheard that insult at the time, because we would have walked out and things would have ended very differently for us. As it is, with the assistance of my bank, I am fighting for a 100% refund. Stay away from Sericin Plus, Luxury Cosmetics and Le Savon 2 businesses. They are all connected and are all a scam.

      Our company's primary focus is on our customers and presenting them with a professional and positive experience while demonstrating our products. Products which are of the hightest quality. Our customer service and customer care is our number one priority. Devastated upon hearing about the obivious misunderstanding, our sales representative personally contacted her client and spoke with her, ending their conversation on a positive note. Our client was offered complimentary items for the misunderstanding, but instead opted for a full refund, which we took care of immediately. As stated above, our customers are our top priority, and their well being (physically and emotionally) are of the utmost importances to us and our company.

      What kind of a response is this? You state 3 times that your customer is your 'top priority', however I messaged you TWICE and never got a response. I'm a customer. But as soon as I write a truthful review, you immediately have something to say. You write about your "client" (my sister) and how you resolved her complaint. Believe me, NOTHING about her experience with your company has been "positive'. Quite the opposite. You refunded her money because you stole from her and then crudely insulted her. There was no other way to resolve that, and you know it. Aside from that, you never address my complaints. If you had read my messages you would know that I am requesting a pre-paid label to return everything for a full refund. I was there with my sister on 3/12/23. We were both sold identical products. After seeing everything my sister had to endure from your company, from personal insults to your product making her face burn (and appears to be very different from what she sampled in the store) I would have to be a complete fool to try any of your products on or near my face. I have no faith in your company, your employees and especially your product for good reasons: through deceit and distraction you attempted to charge both of us double the 'top secret' price of $200.00 for the eye cream. I was charged $400.00 plus tax. We both were. I know this because even though we were the only 2 people in the store, they still managed to get our receipt mixed up in their hurry to hide them at the bottom of our bags. Of course I disputed all charges with my bank and they are investigating. We were NEVER told of a No Refund policy while in your store. Although your employee, Galina repeatedly told me to "Keep the price a secret, don't tell anyone what you paid!" and "You can't sell this when you get home, you have to promise you won't sell it!" (I still don't understand that one). Repeatedly. Over and Over. But she couldn't mention store policy once. Your product makes my sisters face burn and appears to be different from what she sampled in store. I was sold the identical products and am afraid to try them. As for the infra-red device- who knows what it really is and how much damage it can do?? I'm not about to find out. Nothing in your employees' claims and statements about your products and prices has turned out to be true, and based on a family members reaction to your products, I can only reason that I was also sold an inferior or defective product. Please supply me with a pre-paid shipping label and I will return everything to you for a full refund. When, or if you respond to this, please don't reference my sisters case again. Address my concerns and demands next time.
