      In march my leased 2021 jeep Cherokee L was hit by a drunk driver and I had to total loss my truck. Eastchester Jeep was supposed to send a title to ** **** and ***** to close the account. Eastchester Jeep sent the wrong title then it was sent back by ******** and they never sent a corrected title as of today. ** **** and ***** have been reaching out to the company and no response. A ********************* was supposed to be in charge of taking care of the account and no response back from him as well. I am a single mom and now paying for a new car and then this Jeep still as well. Every time I call Eastchester they never return my call or lie to me about having sent the paperwork over. I need help in getting the corrected title and to close this case.

      I purchased a vehicle on 2/14/21 w/ Extended warranty. On 2/7/22, I cancelled this warranty & was informed by DOWC (ext.warrenty) that I will be getting my refund WITHIN ***** days & the dealership handles all the refunds. On Feb 24, I contacted the dealership just to make sure that my refund was being worked on or at least they had it in their system but the dealership kept on hanging up on me and disregarding my call. I decided to be patient & wait the 90 days to give the dealership time to process this but after the 90 days passed, I again attempted to contact the dealership and same thing. No one would return my calls and I kept getting hung up on. After no answer for another month, my husband went to the dealership & requested to speak with the financial advisor *************** and he informed my husband he sees the refund of $3216.33 & that its in process with chase & to wait another month. I wait ANOTHER month and chase informs me there is no check and if the dealership in fact sent them a check, they need the tracking number, check number and when it was sent. The dealership is unable to provide that information but insists chase has the money. On 7/9 I decide to go to the dealership myself and speak with the store manager. *********************** states he is the Asst. store manager and he will be able to resolve my issue. He informs me the check was already sent to chase on 1/28/22 & I tell him thats impossible since I cancelled my warranty on 2/7/2022. He is unable to give me a direct answer and requests I be patient with them and wait until Monday. Monday comes and of course no phone call from ****. I call ******** tells me that he is also not getting a direct answer from the financial ***** I live on ** and for me to make the drive, waste gas & pay tolls to keep being lied to is absolutely aggravating & insulting. I have tried to be as patient but I enough is enough. To my disappointment, *********************** is not a asst. store manager but a sales prof. YET ANOTHER **E.

      Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (ECJDR) has refunded *** ************ warranty before the case was opened with the BBB. *** ********** has been in contact with ECJDR about the refunded amount and was informed that a refund check had been issued on the July 11th. It can take a few business days for the money to be recieved by the bank.

      There is still no refund. I contacted chase who is my lien holder and they have informed me there is still nothing processing. I was informed by their customer care rep that it was FINALLY released on 7/11 and by Friday 7/15 chase will have it but Again, nothing. I tried to avoid this situation since I knew that I will be selling my car and wanted to pay whatever the amount was AFTER my refund kicked in. Unfortunately, I had to pay the full amount of my loan to chase & now when chase gets the refund, that money will have to be refunded back to me . All of this could have been avoided if my questions would have been answered since the end of February 2022 so no, my complaint has not been resolved as chase has yet to receive my extended warranty refund.

      I was informed by the dealership that my check was now being sent to me on 7/26 and to wait a few more business days. It is now 8/8 and I have still not received my refund. This complaint is still not resolved as I have not received my money back. I knew this was going to happen. Very disappointing BUT If for ANY reason,my refund is still at the dealership or if the check was sent back to the dealership, I will go to the dealership again, for the third time. I just want to make sure I am not wasting my time heading to the Bronx and being told once again a lie. If this dealership has my refund still at the facility, I will personally go pick up my money.

      After submitting my request to get my refund beginning of February, I have FINALLY received my money on August 12. The latest I should have received the refund should have been by May. I had to wait an additional 3 months after going to the dealership numerous times, calling nonstop ( & getting hung up on) , filing a complaint to corporate and the Better Business Bureau, I FINALLY received my refund. I am GLAD to say, I no longer have to deal with this dealership. Definitely do not recommend.

      I came into the dealership on june 19th 2022 in look for a car, I was advised by my dealer ****** that i will not be able to drive away with the vehicle that day due to a lien release not yet done, two weeks later on june 30th i was told the lien release went through and that I needed to go today to the dealership to pick up the car despite advising them that I was in school and needed to work right after ( i am an EMT currently in the end of my Paramedic internship ) and when i went i closed out the deal gave an additional 2000$ . Paperwork was signed and was kept waiting about two hours until i was notified by ****** that i can leave if want that the car would NOT be ready until another 1.5 hours later. On the way back I was called by him stating that the car will not be ready until the following day. After that, the next day I reach out to them for an update and was notified again via text that the car will not be ready for 4pm. 4pm comes and Im then notified that i will be notified the following day when its ready. It is now July 2nd 2022 and im again notified that my car will not be ready until at least July 5th 2022 , I have currently returned the borrowed car in hopes of thinking I will have my vehicle, I have taken off work and left class early ( ****** knows this already) and I havent received my vehicle nor have been offered any type of compensation!

      We had our car break down and needed a new transmission that was under warranty. Through a series of events this dealership was the place that got to be the ones to replace it. Took several weeks to get the car back and then about a month later the brand new factory transmission completely broke and needed to be replaced again. So they came and towed it and kept promising a loaner car. After a week completely car less they agreed (in writing) to reimburse us for a car rental and its been a year this month and havent been paid back and they wont return phone calls or emails.

       I have not received my refund yet. They sent a check to the wrong address back in July and I am still waiting to receive a replacement check to the correct address. 
      They sent a check to the wrong address after they didnt call me back and just sent it when I called to give them the correct one. They told me I should have the check by this Friday (tomorrow) they send it last Friday 8/5/2022 Until I receive a check I can cash I do not consider it resolved.

      The dealership sold me a car with no catalytic converters, no mufflers, and they sold me a warranty knowing the car was modified and the warranty would not cover anything on the car. Now I need a whole new motor. The car has no emissions, the car has a tune and has EGR is deleted and the *** is deleted and there was a boost controller installed. This is all I am aware of that is wrong with the car.

       It has not been resolved the dealership says that would call me they called me a week ago regarding the complaint they said they were going to have a manager call back and they failed to call back like usual. I had even called the dealership and when I finally had gotten in touch with them no one knew about anything. I asked for managers they all dont know about anything the complaint and also no one is ever at the desk to answer the phone some one will take a message for you and still no call back the problems with this car I had ask them to fix a while back and they had told me no they wont fix the car I have to pay for it when I had brought the car to a mechanic for an oil change I found out the car has no emissions on it the exhaust was 3 inch straight pipe no catalytic converters no flex pipe no resonators and no mufflers the car doesnt even had oxygen sensors and then the first week I had the car the shifter broke I brought the car there to get fixed the car would idle at **** RPM and also when I drive when you would try to accelerate the car would cut out the dealer had the car for 3-4 months had a problem getting a rental and they only fixed the idling problem they wouldnt fix the other problem as of recent the car broke down I brought it to a ****** dealer by me they had the car for a week and told me that the motor has no compression because of the modifications that the car has and they told me they called the warranty company that the dealership sold me for 4000$ dollars and they would not cover the car because it was modified so I has told them I bought the car like that they said to me it does not matter the dealership knows better to not sell warrantys when the cars are like this the warranty for your car was voided when you bought it so now Im down about ***** ****** in payments and fixing the car out of pockets because of things on this car some things were caused from the modifications and other things were I guess just not checked at the dealer before selling and now o owe ***** dollars on this car and it is sitting in my drive way because it is not drivable

      I traded in my car for a newer one on Thursday March 31st. I spent 6 hours at the dealership and as they told me my car was ready to go, the tires had 19 Psi of pressure in them so I had to drive it back into their shop to get filled up. I proceeded on my hour drive home and about 35 mins into it, the service antilock brake, service electronic stability control, service 4wd and check engine light all came on. I was closer to home so I was lucky enough to get home and reached out to the dealership. I explained that with the check engine light on I did not feel safe driving the car back down and wanted it towed to the dealership and I would need a loaner since I now did not have a car to get to work. It took them an entire week to get the car picked up from my home and I was told I would get a loaner as soon as my car was received at the shop. I still to this day have not been contacted by any form of management at the dealership about the loaner car and have been boring my mother and fiancs car and or being driven to work. I have left close to 10 voicemails for numerous individuals to call me back and not a single person has. I still do not have my car back as I was told it wasnt ready yet and can not get a single person at the dealer to call me back to discuss compensation or even to get me a loaner while they fix the defective car they sold me. An employee at the dealership told me that he told the sales associate who assisted me that the car was not ready for sale and yet they sold it to me. I feel like I have been mistreated and honesty deceived by the sales associate and the dealership. I want my car and compensation considering I have to make my first payment in one week and have only driven the car for a total of 1 hour since I purchased it. I do not have enough room to type more details about the situation however there is much much more. The car was supposed to be certified however there is so much wrong with it, I highly doubt it was truly ever checked.

      I purchased a Dodge vehicle at Eastchester Chrysler dealer on 11/27 and was charged $ *************************************************************************************************** advertised rate. I was also charged PDI $ **** for delivery charges even though I went to dealer to purchase the car and would drive it home to Maryland after all the back and forth with the dealer I was there from 9:30 am -7:30pm when the business close and was tired. They said the vehicle would be cleaned and when I got home, I noticed that there was dog hair all over the back on the vehicle and a baby clip and garbage/ food under the seat because they took it from another location and parked it and that is the location it was when we drove off after 8pm that night. They were miscommunication about price. The original vehicle I wanted that I saw advertised on carguru.com that they advertise the price for they wanted to charge me more stating that price was only available for refinancing. After a few back and forth they decided to give me that vehicle for the agreed rate of $ ******. We agreed to move forward and after some wait to sign the documents, I was told I could no longer get that vehicle because they didn't have a title and then they tried to outsource another vehicle from there other location Riverdale Chrysler. That was the vehicle that they ended up giving me that was missing an additional seat in the 2nd row and did not have the blind spot feature I original agreed to. I was tired and frustrated so I moved forward. Since I took home this vehicle I hear a weird sound when the vehicle is stopping, the tags they gave me expired since December 27 and they refuse to issue another tag. I have called several times without any resolution. I have reached out to several persons. i was told my tags was coming in 30 days which I have not received up to today February 17. Called the Maryland MVA & was told the ******************* was requested 2/14. I am frustrated and need help

       I appreciate the company understanding my frustration and understanding the experience I had was very unprofessional. I am willing to meet the company half way to come to a resolution to the horrible experience I encountered and hope that this issue can be resolved to hopefully keep me as a future customer as well. All I wanted to do was buy my car here and I traveled all the way from Maryland to do so. I am willing to accept the $1500 to help cover part of my 2 months payment since I was not able to use the car during this time without the tags . Its also fair that since I came to collect my vehicle all the way from Maryland and they didnt deliver it here, they collected the car at Riverdale dealers which was not cleaned by their team at either location, I have pictures of the dog hair and trash that was under the seat and in the trunk. I left the property after 8:30pm and was assured it was cleaned. In this pandemic I got a dirty vehicle to drive my then almost 2 year old in, I couldnt understand why my skin itches and I was sneezing so much until I see the dog hair in the vehicle which I am allergic too. I had an allergic reaction  with all the other frustrations. I should be reimbursed also for PDI. I was charged for inspection in NY when the car didnt go anywhere and I also had to pay Maryland inspection. Please let me know your resolution. Thank you

      On August 7th 2021 I went into this car dealership to return my lease of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was originally looking at purchasing a used car from the dealership. I was dealing with a sales person named *****. While looking at used cars I was told that if I purchased a used car I would be responsible for the over milage on the lease return. I was then told that if I got into a new lease that I would not have to worry about the milage or last payment for the old lease. This is the only reason why I went with another lease. I got a **** in November saying that I owe around $5,000. The charges were for over milage and damages. It also claimed that the car was returned in October when it was returned in August. I was lied to by the sales person and was lied to into a lease. This dealership seems to be known for shady and unethical deals. I tried to go to the dealership to handle it and was bounced around to many people who kept saying they would call me back and never did. I finally kept visiting and was able to get some movement but then it stalled. Today I get a call saying the dealership would not cover the expenses which they originally said they would. I was very taken aback by that since I was told by other sales people that they were working with Chrysler to reduce the amount and they would cover they rest. I am looking for an explanation of why I was lied to and I am looking for an answer on why they will not cover the fees. I would not have ever got another lease if this is why was going to happen. I feel like I have been lied to and taken advantage of. This business is not a reputable place.

      I have been working with the dealership to get this resolved and they have started to help but the **** is not paid off yet.  I am also still waiting for the next steps from the dealership.  This is only getting somewhat addressed after waiting for months for a response and then getting told that they would not help at all and that it was on myself to handle.  Then one of the managers said that was false and said they would help.  All the back and forth and I just want the milage **** covered since that's what I was told when the Durango was leased.  I would also like to add that they are only starting to help after months of nothing myself filing a complaint.  So I would like for the dealership to honor what I was told when the new car was leased and they got my business.

      The dealership is making light of the timeline it took to even get any offer for this complaint.  This complaint was bought to the dealership's attention in November of 2021 and I did not get to speak to a manager until January of 2022. I believe the only reason I did was because I spoke to ********************* and explained to him that I was leaving for a month of Active Duty and would not be around.  Also I was first told by Alanis ***************** the dealership was not going to cover any of the cost and then they seemed to change their mind about it.  Also what the business says they offered was false.  I did talk to the manager and he did agree to try and get clearance to pay the **** and would work with me.  I have not received $2,500 from the dealership and the only monies received was $1,250.  If there is another check waiting for myself at the dealership it would be important for myself to be informed.  I am willing to work with the dealership to resolve this issue but I feel as if the person what is answering the complaints has not the slightest idea of what is going on.  I was cut a check from the dealership and was told that there would be another check which I have never gotten a call to say it is ready to be picked up or have not received anything in the mail.  This dealership needs to get the story straight and needs to treat its customers better.
