Returned item. $80.00 shirt order number *******. Tracking number **** **** **** **** **** 16 Item received ** 2/7 @ 2:27 pm Called 2/15 - item being processed.5 to 10 days for credit to my acct.Called 2/22 - gave order #******* Asked for tracking number. ***************** said 5 to 10 days for credit to be processed.Ask to speak to a supervisor. Gave me ************. She wad not able to transfer me to him. Called suprrvisors # and left a message. Called Tommie Vopper Head Quarters in ******** ************ number no longer valid for Tommie Copper. Kept reelinh off ads for car insurance, bank loans etc. The number says welcome to Tommie Copper press 1 for **************** press 1 for English now, then goes into various ads as I mentioned above Have they closed.???Customer response

REFUSING TO REFUND AMOUNT OWED I had two disputes with Tommie Copper. The first one I resolved, I was eventually refunded for my overnight shipping $27.20, Items never arrived the next day. Refund/shipping was credited to my account on June 25 for $27.2. Issue since April, refund 6/25/21. Current dispute is items returned. NOT shipping. Not credited with my $27.10 owed. Informed refund is ***** was credited ****** on credit card. They also didn't provided detailed itemized amounts with discount.Worst customer service in responding/resolving problem. Called several times to resolve my issue and never received RETURN phone call from any representative. Eventually was informed to send email regarding my issues to orders at tommiecopper.com which I did. I started my correspondence with the representative SS. My issue has never been resolved till date. Returned items in 6/26/21.She finally informed me to contact my credit card for the refund. I finally informed her in December that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and also filing a complaint with my credit card. What is totally mind boggling, and horrendous customer service is they are refusing to refund me the owed amount of $27.01. The mistake I made is that I didnt review complaints against this company regarding their customer service and resolving issues with products. I would never have ordered anything from them as I will not have any contact with this company moving forward.9/26/21 SStommiecopper 9/30/21 ************* you for contacting Tommie Copper.
