              CityMD keeps sending emails regarding workers comp info, I have reply on all 3 email asking from CityMD to provide details about the care that they provide bud they have fail to do so up to this moment. CityMD have not been able to provide any documents regarding the Care that they provide.

              I visited CityMD for a routine blood draw and confirmed my insurance coverage for the agreed-upon cost. There was no mention of an emergency visit or additional fees. Several weeks later, I received a bill for $150 labeled as an emergency visit, which I never requested or needed. I contacted CityMD to dispute the charge, only to find out that it had been sent to collections without any prior notification.This billing practice feels misleading, and I strongly believe the charge should be removed. I would like CityMD to resolve this issue promptly and ensure this does not negatively impact my credit.
