CityMD charged me $120 for a visit on December 14, 2019. I PAID that ******************* *, 2021.I am still receiving the $120 charge every month. I want them to cease sending me this **** because I have paid it. I want some kind of acknowledgement that I have paid it.Customer response

About 11:15 AM today, November 26, 2021, I was treated at ****** at ******** and ********************************************** and was told that an antibiotic prescription was emailed to ***************/ ********* at Amsterdam and **********************************************. Many calls were made throughout the day, but no prescription arrived at the Pharmacy. Many calls to CitiMD with n9 resolution to my problem continued, and still continues now, at 6:30 PM. My partner went to CitiMD to try to resolve the issue. Again, women who worked there said the Rx was already sent. Then hevwent to the pharmacy, whose pharmacist said they never got the Rx and in fact have recurring such issues with CitiMD. CitiMD lied when I called over and over, assuring me the Rx was sent and "is there right now." I am horrified that I am unable to get my prescription, that CitiMD will be paid by my insurance company, and that no one at CitiMD will take responsibility and help me be able to treat my health issue as they are required to do. Please help me.
