            This has to be the most frustrating and absolutely illogical run around I have ever seen. Received a "parking fine" from ************************************* who said I was parked on their property and there was signage there that said no parking. Obviously there was no signage there and I had pictures to prove it. Called them, no answer. Absolutely no legitimate business address. Tried reaching out to them for 3 weeks!Then I get this out of nowhere collections notice from Oxygen XL which again, sent by ***. The exact same wording as the *** notice and everything. This is the biggest scam I have seen.

            I am being charged by this company for ridiculous parking fees. I was not driving the vehicle that I am being charged $1579 for parking fees. The car is in my name, but My son was driving the car and was told to park there by his employer, *****. It is a restaurant and he is a server. He was not allowed to leave work. This is highway robbery. He has only worked at that location a couple of times. I want to know what my recourse can be about this ridiculous amount of fees. I thought it was a scam, but now I am worried about my credit. Watch out for these folks everyone, they will rip you off!

Oxygen XL is the business office managing the subsequent resolution. Nevertheless, we do apologize for the less than satisfactory experience.The parking facility operators comply with all local and State guidelines. In doing so, the signage installed at the location is per contract specifications. Accordingly, the entrance sign details the obligations for this private parking facility (even if not observed by each who enters).With respect to this review, we will be responding to the consumer directly as required by applicable law.
