This has to be the most frustrating and absolutely illogical run around I have ever seen. Received a "parking fine" from ************************************* who said I was parked on their property and there was signage there that said no parking. Obviously there was no signage there and I had pictures to prove it. Called them, no answer. Absolutely no legitimate business address. Tried reaching out to them for 3 weeks!Then I get this out of nowhere collections notice from Oxygen XL which again, sent by ***. The exact same wording as the *** notice and everything. This is the biggest scam I have seen.Business response

We had a company named ******* commit Fraud on our account, stating we opened a credit card processing account with them and they charged our business account for over $600. We have never done business with them. Once we realized what was happening we put a stop payment on them. We disputed with our bank. ******* gave us a full refund for the amounts they charged. But the one payment we put a stop payment on, ******* sent to Oxygen XL for collections. except we didn't owe any money. Oxygen XL kept the claim open and added it to my wife's Experian credit report, ruining her credit, and hurting our business. BOTH these companies are committing fraud. I will be reporting them both to the Local consumer protection agency, ************************ (***), State's attorney general's office, and Local law enforcement. I attached the refunds from *******. They never received the 3rd payment i put a stop payment on that Oxygen XL is trying to defraud us of and harm our business with.Business response

The parking system was not working when I parked at the property. The company acknowledged the parking system was down but STILL fined me. Now sending me to collections.I want this issue dropped. Highly unfair. I may join the class action lawsuit against them.Business response

I have repeatedly asked to show proof of where this ticket was issued. I was sent a picture of various no-parking signs with no explanations. I then actually spoke to someone who promised more information nothing. I received another letter saying this was indeed a ticket in my name, again with no proof of where and when. I told them I would not pay until they showed proof. I haven't heard since expect another letter demanding money.Business response

I received a collections notice from Oxygen XL who is not even registered on SunBiz.com here in *******. They are alleging I owe $90 for parking and state a non-compliance number #********* and they also included a reference number of #*********. I have made numerous attempts to speak to a live human on the phone about this letter with no success. No one answers the phones. Their website has issues as well and I was unable to dispute this debt collection on their website. The date on the notice states I owe $90 from May 28, 2024. I was nowhere near any parking lot on May 28, 2024--which was a Tuesday. There is no information as to a time or location (address) either. I feel that this is a scam and want to report it. There is no one that can help me on their website or their phone numbers listed. The website only requests payments. The phone number only provides a prompt to provide payment with a credit card. I have been unable to dispute this directly with Oxygen XL. This seems like deceptive practice by this company and the company professional parking management who they are attempting to collect a debt. I demand the collection debt letters cease and this issue be resolved.Business response

Letter from Oxygen XL from May 27, 2024, for $1451.21, for a debt from Netevia with account number ***************. They are trying to collect that quantity for that company, who I never have been doing business, and in July 7 I wrote a Letter, sent via Certified Mail, soliciting proof o that debt and they send me a new letter on June 25 confirmed that information is accurate, but anything attached in the letter.I need they stop sending me letter to my House asking for a debt that is no mine, and stopping any intent of collect this debt what my company or my person never do business with this companyBusiness response

I recieved a bill from Oxygen XL for a "parking & transportation" violation with no detail at all as to when or where this occurred and I am not aware of any charges I have outstanding. I've tried numerous times to call them and request the name of the original creditor and also tried their online portal to do the same. It just spins and spins and the transaction doesn't go through. Nobody human answers the phone. Thus far I've gotten no detail as to what this "collection" is for. The invoice references *************************************** and when I call them directly, there is no way to get a human on the phone. They simply say what you "owe" and give you a prompt to enter your credit card. There is no way you are able to find any information on what or where the charge is from. We received a debt collection notice from the company OXYGEN XL in March of 2024. Multiple attempts to call to determine what it was for as we have never used **************** Solutions, remained unanswered as if the phone line provided was disconnected. Then July 1st, 2024 we received a letter stating we now owed $140.35 for file #*********, with our company name but incorrect address. It also stated it was now being reported to one or two major credit reporting agencies at which time I contacted our attorney who researched, gave me some information and told me to check BBB out and he would remain on standby. When the phone number listed finally rang, I informed "******" at OXYGEN XL We have never had any type of business dealings with **************** Systems or any of the other sister accounts he named off. We have had the same payment system, that is NOT ****************, for the six years we have been in business and have never had any issue. I disputed and was told he would request the documents with the signature and it would take about 24 to 48hrs. I have yet to receive any sort of communication, paperwork, or any sort of proof. I want this false report removed off my credit report immediately.Business response
