contact Simply Good Stuff Inc. regarding a high volume and pattern of
serious complaints. BBB has received complaints in the past 36 months
alleging late or non-delivery of items ordered as well as the inability of
the consumer to reach your company.
BBB notified Simply Good Stuff Inc. about the
pattern of complaints and asked the business to voluntarily cooperate in
eliminating the pattern by providing a written response outlining the specific
steps it would implement in order to avoid similar complaints in the future.
BBB also requested general information including copies of refund policies, the
names and full contact information of the business’ principal officers and
responsible management, copies of its promotional and advertising materials,
the physical address of its principal office, copies of required competency
licensing and a completed BBB Standard Business Questionnaire.
As of Feb. 7, 2020, Simply Good Stuff
Inc. responded with the following statement about the pattern of
complaints:
"We intend to make every effort to maintain higher levels of customer service, with faster response times. We did get a bit overwhelmed by volume over the last couple of months, but we are working to eliminate any trouble in this area going forward. We do appreciate your concern, and we are thankful for your pursuit in making sure we address these outstanding customer concerns. Please let us know if you need anything further."

BBB received complaints concerning items being out of stock, customers being charged immediately, customers never receiving their orders, emails are ignored, and refunds are not being honored.
