      **** came to my house on May 5, 2023. She had made an appointment to clean my house from 1-3pm.She arrived at 11:10 with another staff member and criticized me for not being home when they first arrived. I had gone to the bank and was home at 11:10 am--almost two hours before my appt.When I mentioned this, she said we got done early.After they did clean my house, I listened to my voice mail messages and there was one from her about 11am telling me that I would be charged several fees including a no show charge---since I was not at home when they arrived.I will never use her agency again.***********************

      Hello ******************* sorry for any confusion that you had. So let me try to address some of your concerns. The first concern being the time. as I stated on the phone with you, prior to our arrival appointment, I gave you a time frame of possibly between 1 to 3 o clockish possibly a little sooner or latter to that time frame. But, as I do for all of my clients, I would text you my ETA when I was finished with my previous client. And yes we was there fairly earlier than expected, due to me having a worker that day which I will address next, But once we arrived I did first apologize for being earlier than expected and also inform you that we could leave and run a few errands if you you wanted us to come back closer to one o clock. But you said Oh no its perfectly fine no need. those were your exact words. I said are you sure if you need more time thats perfectly fine, again you said no come on in. You was very pleasant and didnt seem to be annoyed at the fact that we was early at all. Second concern, my worker. When we spoke over the phone initially it was never discussed whether or not I was coming alone or not. Usually I am alone unless like that day its needed I had a client that was expecting company and called me last minute to come and clean. I try to be as flexible and accommodate each and every one of my clients as possible. That being said I called my worker last minute as well. And that is the reason for the early arrival. However I did text you twice and called you twice both times to update you of the circumstances but neither of those times did I get a response. And about to cancellation policy that I go over with all of my clients is as follows if you cancel within 24 hours it is a $25 cancellation fee and also if you cancel within 3 hours of your ************* it is a $50 cancellation fee.However I always forgive the very first time in both cases simply because I understand things happen that are simple out of our control sometimes.But moving forward second third fourth etc is when the cancellation policy comes into place.So the voicemail that I left you If you could replay it back simply says, remember the cancellation policy that we went over about the $25 cancellation and the $50 cancellation fee. Would not apply to this time if I heard back from you or if I was able to clean for you today but at a later time. So I do believe you got a little confused with that voicemail. And also back to me having my worker with me that day It's not unusual in this line of business to have one or more persons in a residential cleaning.unless otherwise stated and again when we spoke it was never specified if I was going to be alone nor Did you specifically ask if I was going to be by myself or if I was bringing someone with me so again sorry about that confusion as well but again it's not unusual to have multiple people for residential cleaning.But overall I'm just simply confused as to why you feel the way you do because you were an absolute delightful person.You are very sweet and respectful as was myself and my worker. Had you had communicated any of your concerns with me at that time I would have done anything that I could have to clarify or communicate or to make you comfortable in any way possible.I really do apologize that you feel this way. So for these multiple reasons of confusion If you will be willing to give myself and my company another shot I would be more than happy to give you a 50% discount on your next cleaning.I want to make sure that everyone of my clients whether it's long-term or short-term are completely satisfied.If you are willing to give us another shot feel free to contact me at ************
