              To Whom it may concern I call in February and spoke to one of your associates in reference to two uncashed checks. I was requesting a stop and reissue. I was told to send the checks back to you so it could be reviewed and reprocessed. I sent the checks. As of this writing I have not hear anything. I call and spoke to a very nice gentleman in you billing department. He could not locate anything in reference to these two checks. I sent another letter, again no response. I called back and asked to speak to a Manager in your billing department, who could not help. She provide me with this address. I feel this shows a great deal of lack of respect and terrible business practices. The inability to locate an uncashed check and not responding to an honest inquiry. I have attached a copy of the overpayment refund checks in question that I send in Febuary. Could you please review and process my request to stop and reissue to the address provided. I have also sent copies of this letter to Summa Health Systems CEO Dr. Cliff Deveny, The Ohio Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau of Ohio. See Attached

              Summa over all has failed me since I got hurt at work and was seen by a nurse in the er that told me nothing was wrong, to the multitude of doctor's that refused to see me. But after a year they tell that they have a workmans compensation doctor. When I called them after I was told they exsited, then I had to wait 5 weeks for them to say. WE WILL NOT SEE YOU. I didn't know I had workmans compensation claim for 6 months. They say they are only for acute care. So I guess they must let everyone of their patients go after 6 months. I would hate to think that they have any bias in their hearts to match the inadequacy of their office. Two people told me "I'll call you back". They say they left a message. My message aren't ENABLED. I WAITED 5 WEEKS FOR NOTHING BUT A LIE! I doubt any of them ever contacted the doctor. I know they cannot be trusted to return calls and they have an overwhelming propensity to LIE!I'd say don't bother with Summa corporate health. You can't trust them.
