            On Apr 21 2021, I entered into a signed contract with Class 1 Pavers to add an addition to my driveway. It was contingent on finding financing. I was told they found the financing the driveway should be done my Memorial Day. Which came and went and so did 4th of July and Labor. Excuses included needing permits, bonding, diagrams, etc. Finally in Late sept, they said it would first thing in 2022. I emailed the company and was told they no longer do driveways. I have signed contract and would like the job completed.

            This company said they had top rating from the BB something like 15 years in a row. Communication was terrible. We were told our new porch would be demolished and rebuilt in May. As the month progressed I called and was told the salesperson would contact me. Days later he called and gave us a starting date. The crew did not show up on that date until late afternoon. After that we never knew when they would return. I had to call more than once to find out when they were going to be back. On the days they showed up, it was always mid afternoon and then they worked a few hours. The job took much longer than we were initially told. The brick work looks OK but cement dripped down the sides. There is an area in a corner (luckily away from the house) where water pools. A gap under the threshold was left unfinished. The foreman never came back, as promised, to check the work. We went through our city's building department to get after them to come finish it. We are not happy with the way that was finished. The caulking looks messy.
