            I purchased a vehicle about a month ago from the auction. They did not disclose any issues with the vehicle like they do with all others. I have purchased several cars from them. I went to start the car after I purchased and had to jump the battery. I was not able to drive the car all the way home, which is only 10 miles, before the car shut off. The engine is making noise like it is going to go out. We then received a letter that stated the odometer was off and they want us to sign a paper to accept. I have made several calls to speak with the manager and he called back 1 time and said to email him the paper and he would get back to me the same day. I have called everyday since and I have gotten no response.

            I love buying cars from skipco auction for family and friends but my recent experience not so good. I got car and its been more than 3 months still waiting on title and recently management attitude seems very rude, no eta and they just say bring car we will give you what I have paid but thats not the case I got car which was piece of junk all side and windshield broken, transmission bad. I have already spent tone of money and made it drivable, I cant just take what I have paid I should be compensated including what I have spent but they are not in mood and seems they dont care. I would advise higher management to take action on current management attitude in dealing with customers and solving issues before it goes to legal matter.
