Horrible manager ***************** and staff she argued with me for many minute in front of other customers bc I had a handicapped client they didn't offer any type of respect or didnt consider her disability at they should not deal with anyone handicapped I cldnt believe how horrible the customer service is I will never go back and I suggest you don't either

We take pride in the accommodations that we provide for all of our customers. Unfortunately this customer and her client left unhappy because we would not give her and her client a free meal. ??The customer and her client ordered two meals. After the food was delivered to the table fresh, accurate and hot, the customer said her client did not want it and that she wanted something else. There was nothing wrong with the food. She just wanted something else. The customer did not want a box to take home the food she ordered and had received. She told the server to take it out of the way. She then ordered another meal that was brought to the table. The customer felt that she should not have to pay for her clients first meal because they did not eat it and ordered something else. The management explained that she would get charged for all the food that was ordered. They would not comp a meal just because her client did not want it. The manager also explained if something was actually incorrect with the food they would have happily fixed it but this was not the case. The customer chose after the food hit the table that they did not want it and felt they should just be able to exchange out already made food for something else. The customer left very unhappy and then returned to again cause a fuss in front of many waiting customers. The manager again explained everything to her again because she still was not happy. 
The customer is using her client to claim we are not accommodating to those with disabilities when this is not the case at all.
The customer is just unhappy we charged her for all the food she chose to order for their table.
