On 8/2/2023 between 2:30 pm & 3 pm, I personally visited the Valley Motor City, Inc. facility's service department. I came to request for service of my car due to a recall. It was needed due to the inability to obtain or maintain proper registration for the plates. I was informed by "******" that it takes 30 days to obtain the parts for the automobile. I gave her the information she needed in order for her to call me after the arrival of the necessary parts needed to repair my car. I asked for her business card, then left. On 9/1/2023, I called to find out the status and to notify them that I was in need of the paperwork for my original order in case I may have to present something to the BMV. I called the service department and a "*****" answered for the service department and asked how she could help me. She said my information was not in the system and ****** is not in. She was not interested in helping me and insisted that I only speak with the person who initially taken my service order. I then requested for a manager and/or contact information, she placed me on hold, and after I was insisting on some other avenues to receive some type of assistance, "*****" just hung up. I called the sales department, explained the issue, and requested a manager, then A ** answered as the manager of the service department I assumed, then placed the order for service for me, then emailed me the paperwork. Later, Quinten, emailed me asking if I was interested in sales, or something, I became upset, due to my suspicion of anyone contacting me, because of a possible retaliation for my informing and talking with a ***  When ******* was called out on his sneaky tactic to sell us something, he responded as if he was offended and then offended me. Uncalled for, from ******, *****, and now *******. No thanks, your services are needed, but we don't tolerate unprofessionalism, hanging up the phone, answering phones with the intention to not help, ignorance, and disrespect
