            I took my vehicle to get its first tire rotation and oil change on 8/5/2024 I paid 93$. Within 2 hours my driver's side window was spidered and cracked when I rolled it down and rolled it back up it was off track I've had to pay $800 to get it fixed it was off track and it was not my fault my windows were perfectly fine before I came there when the incident happened I immediately emailed them and I immediately called I got no response I also asked to speak to the manager and get transferred in with hung up on I've not respond. I had to pay out of pocket money that I absolutely did not have to get this fixed and I would like for them to replace my money they're the ones who broke my window or did something to my window to get it off track and it caused it to crack rolling it up it was fine before they touched it it's a brand new 2024 Pathfinder a $54,000 vehicle

            Worst customer service Ive ever received while trying to purchase a vehicle. Took off work for the day, so lost pay and had to sit there for four hours just to get ignored. I was there for an appointment to meet somebody specific and got stuck with somebody whose business cards were written in blue ink pen. Little to no communication while waiting. The they then proceeded to continue running my credit over and over and over the following week after the visit without authorization to do so. They never returned emails or phone calls. Unless youre there to buy a brand new vehicle they will not waste their time on you. Its all about the commission not about the customer. Unless they get what they want out of it, they will completely ignore all correspondence..
