            Bought 2013 Ford Escape with 134,000 on Feb 20 2024. Drove it home, parked it, went out next morning and started it. Temp Guage immediately went to hot and into limp mode. Called dealer and they sent a mechanic to my house to look at is with no tools he popped the hood and said well I don't know. He said they get a flatbed to tow it. I was hesitant and wanted to wait a day which I did and they picked it up the next day.. picked the car up 7 days later, drove it for 2 days same thing. They came and got it again with a flatbed and had it 4 days. Picked it back up Friday March 7 drove it 5 minutes down the road and same thing, temp spiked to hot went into limp mode and could only go 2 mph. Called them and they said they would send a tow truck and come get it. My roommate was stranded 3 1=2 hours and they never did get the car. I had to get it towed when it sat in a parking lot for 3 days. They now said it's our problem and they won't take the car back or try to fix it. Their comment was the already paid way more than they intproblem. Fix it and it was our problem. They never provided any paperwork of what parts they replaced or what was wrong

            I purchased a vehicle from him March me and my son drove from one city to another city with major front in tire problems and I didnt know it he was so ******* to get me off of his lot when I agree to pay and what he wanted me to pay for the vehicle he never once said these things was wrong I couldve got it towed from his lot to where I live at just for safety reasons but a week after me purchasing the vehicle all I paid for it I had to put it in the shop paying an additional $1385 to replace fix damage tire rods ball joints anything to do with that type of stuff in the front end had to be replace now just think go on 65 mph from one city to another city I couldve been in a real bad car accident and theres ******* very dishonest weasel sat back and didnt care at all and when I called him back later that day he was hesitant to even answer the phone I called twice he answered on the second call and I was on speaker and he was hesitant to say hello so I know he knew something was wrong but at that point of me calling him I didnt know I didnt find out a week later until I had to shovel out an additional 1385 out my pocket but Im not even mad about that Im mad that he let me leave his car lot with so much damage with the wheels and wheel bearings and all of that stuff that I couldve been in a car accident with my son hes a very sad car lot owner he should be put out of business for real And I had to leave a star I really didnt want to I wish I couldve left it blank cause he dont even deserve a star on his review he deserves a blank but the review wouldnt let me leave a blank and I had to submit one star
