I've taken my car here several times, and each time they have tried to add more charges on to an already quoted estimate, or tried to find some way to charge me extra for something random (not to mention charging me to replace tires that were supposed to be under warranty, because it was somehow my fault the tires they sold me wore out in less than a year). Several of the workers have acted aggressive and rude towards me, and are extremely unprofessional and abrasive (examples of direct quotes: "let me educate you on cars, since you don't seem to understand" and "we don't have time to be waiting for your return call" and many many more.... At this point, I question the honesty and ethics of this place, and definitely don't recommend it to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect. I wish I never went here, and could get back all of the money they've hustled me out of.

I am sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory visits here in the past. Unfortunately, with older cars, it is very difficult to predict what may be needed before taking things apart and looking internally. Such as with your exhaust on your last visit. We gave you a quote based upon what we saw, however, after taking it apart the rust fell away and left behind much thinner pipe than we had anticipated. This causes us to rethink the repair due to not being able to weld to pipe that is too thin. After our conversation with you on the phone, we did end up doing the additional repairs at no cost. We did this because you are a good customer of ours, however, a vehicle that is 15+ years old is hard to predict on how it will come apart. We also offered to have you come up to see the exhaust for yourself, to which you responded "it wouldn't make a difference, I wouldn't know what I'm looking at anyways." This was the point in which we offered to try to teach you about the exhaust so you would better understand the situation, however, you did not take us up on that offer.
