      Here is a long list of emails that I have sent to BMBW of **** basically because 1.In the past, I skied at BMBW on an annual pass on weekday mornings when it was less crowded that accommodated my schedule as a stay-at-home day (**** evening dinners and chauffer my kids between activities).2.When they opened the season on January 7th with limited hours (non-weekday morning hours)- I asked how can I get a refund on my Ohio Pass because I had a disability (blind in right eye) that made me uncomfortable skiing in more crowded times (I cannot see fasters skiers coming on my right when I make that blind turn) 3.Knowing my disability issue, they pointed me to the **** coverage refund to file a claim if I wanted (which I thought was run by **** and not an insurance company where my disability was a pre-existing injury and not a reason for new injury covered) - they ultimately blamed me for this when I relied on their advice 4.A week later (Jan 15th) when they opened Boston Mills for 2 mornings on 2nd week of opening and I had an knew my claim would be denied, I went to Brandwine to use pass but it was locked by ****. I went to customer service and talked with a manager only to hear ...nothing we can do ... even when asking should I just wait till claim is denied. I even emailed them asking who do I talk to (just said its not a local issue).5.February 7th -- I asked (via email for partial refund and unlock pass and they said they would look into it (send it to management)6.March 10th after not hearing anything back and my disability/injury claim finally being denied (evening of March 7th)... I wrote to ask for a full refund 7.They told me there was no records of me trying to get me coverage denied and I should have known that it was not one of the reasons to file (even though they pointed me to that site for a refund when I said it was due to my disability and their hours for this past year).I asked to talk to a manager directly @ BMBW or *************, no response.
