    Let me start off by saying that I have been a mechanic for over 15 years and I know a lot about car warranties. Unfortunately my wife bought a vehicle with a warranty from safety net without me being there because she didn't know any better. She purchased the highest level warranty that safety net offered. She had some major mechanical issues and we brought it to a certified mechanic place and when the mechanic shop submitted the paperwork with all of the issues and how many hours it was going to take safety net picked pretty much 90% of it apart. Out of nine gaskets that had to be replaced they only offered to pay for one gasket which all mechanics know that if you remove something off of a motor and it has a gasket on it you cannot reuse the same gasket no matter what they also picked and choosed which parts they wanted to replace and what parts they didn't want to replace even though these particular parts were covered under the warranty and was listed under the warranty but their comment was they didn't feel it was necessary to replace those parts. The only thing they honored was paying the $90 an hour in labor that was agreed to but even that they go off some Fly by Night labor an hour chart and only offered to pay for about half the amount of hours it was going to take to do the job. They literally only do enough to cover themselves legally. Please I'm begging everyone who reads this review do not go with this company because they will literally do the bare minimum they do not care about their customers in any way shape or form. They always come back with some technical answer that will also cover them legally. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS WARRANTY COMPANY!!

    Thank you for your message. In reviewing your concerns, I pulled up the paperwork that was submitted to us from your mechanic (please see attached). The issue was a faulty injector and labor to fix it. There is absolutely no mention of 9 gaskets that needed replacement. We did, however pay for the one gasket ($7.44 -their price, not ours) that they asked for. They may have mentioned to you that you should replace all injectors, but they neither expressed that to us nor asked for their replacement (as they shouldn't have because there wasn't a failure). The labor hours we use are taken from the industry standard ALLDATA. If your mechanic can perform the work faster, that is a benefit to them. If it takes them longer than the industry standards, paying for their education and expediency is not something any warranty or insurance company would do, as we would hope as a consumer, you wouldn't do either. Once you review the information sent to us from your mechanic, you'll see that there was not the multitude of issues you mentioned, nor a picked-through denial of 'gaskets'. We'll be happy to discuss this claim with you. Just give us a call. Have a great day
