Hi BBB, My Name is *************************************. I live in ****************************, Malvern, PA, ********. I contracted with M&S Deck Pros to build my decking. I have paid all the contracted amount plus an additional amount of 450 Dollars to them. However, they have a lot of incomplete work. I have contacted them several times. I have contacted ******** at her cell number at ************ I have contacted ***** at his cell number at ************ I have contacted their sub contractor **** at ************ None of them have picked up the phone till now. I have literally tried 50 times and there has not been any response. I have sent them text messages and there is no response. I have also emailed them at ********************************* there there has been no reply or response. There are several issues with the decking. They are not yet fixed. They promised a 10 year warranty but there are issues immediately after finishing it and they are not responding and I really need your help to complete this. They cheated me and took all the money in advance and now they are not responding. The following are the issues. 1) The deck Lighting is not working. Several follow ups made and no response at all. 2) The carpenters broke the vinyl siding of our house and did not fix it yet. 3) The concrete padding that I paid for is misaligned and needs to get fixed. 4) Power cleaning was not properly completed per the agreeement. 5) The vinyl sidings that have been cut have not been properly sealed from the bottom.
