I move into the Hollow the year of 2023. I were happy to find a place at short notice because I received my Section 8 voucher from housing Authority. I were so glad to get help from housing Authority! I were only going to stay at the Hollow for a year because I had to be under housing Authority program for a year before I can transfer to another place. After getting settled in my new place I were happy! Little did I know this place is a place for all kind of crawling creatures! After a few months into this place called home, I started to experience all kind of things! The ceiling in the bathroom began to leak, the pipi in the wall had a leak, My utilities bill were more than my rent, and I never used my washer and dryer because I were afraid my water bill and Electric bill will be extremely high! Mind I am already paying between 75-87 dollars for sewers, and it were only me living in that place! Well, the Lord have blessed me with a brand new apartment and I feel so much cleaner and my Anxiety isn't as out of range! Now they're trying to charge me for 572.00 dollars for unnecessary rent and utilities! I paid my rent on time all the time, and even before the due date! My utilities were also paid on time! I NEVER HAD A BALANCE LEFT ON MY ACCOUNT, OR BEEN BEHIND MONTHLY! I put in my 90 days notice also! My lease were up August 17th of this year. My new apartment was not ready, so I asked foe another week to stay at the older apartment. The new manager gave me that time. The older manager was trying to charge me for month to month for rent!?? I didn't signed no lease for Month to Month! I only needed another week! She took my 150.00 dollars deposit! Now saying I owe 327.00 more dollars!?? NOT IN THIS LIFE TIME SWEETIE! SCAM! PRAYING THAT I GET THIS MATTER RESOLVE! I GET DISABILITY AND I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING RAILROAD PERIOD!?? DON'T MOVE HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! SORRY MAINTENANCE MAN!! I AM OUT OF NASTY!??????
