I am not liable for this debt with ********** WAREHOUSE) and I do not have a contract with (RS Clark & Associates, Inc.) plus they did not provide me with the original application like I asked. I dispute the debt for Lloyd B**** MD because it needs to be removed from my Equifax report. RS Clark removed this same debt from my TransUnion report and should follow through with this. It cannot be reported because it is a medical bill under $250. Also, I was harassed, verbally abused and had my rights violated by the rep who took my call. Many FDCPA violations on that call. They don't care. Supervisor said as much. I would like to speak with a Manager.Business response

I don't know rs Clark and associates l only see them on my credit file. I get many unidentifed calls which leave no message or identify themselves or me. So please if l owe a company please have them contact me. I have made for sure that all my debts are current. ThanksBusiness response

This complain is due to the negative marks made by your company on my credit file. I would be willing to accept this debt if it were mine and upon Validation and Proof of Claim Also, you must provide me proof that they have my consent to report my medical information in accordance with HIPPA laws. But it's not mine and there's no way that you can validate it. So let it be known that I am requesting full validation of this debt. I demand that you take action to this matter because it is causing me a lot of stress lately. Please remove this negative account in my credit report. I lost my wallet in the parking deck of the airport years ago. Once i got to the terminal i realized i did not have my wallet which contained my id,social security card passport ***** credit cards, bank cards, cash etc. I IMMEDIATELY back traced my steps but when i got to the area where my car was parked, my wallet was gone. When I checked my credit report for the first time on January this year, I discovered that there are accounts there that are not mine, addresses I never resided and inquiries I never made. I have contacted all of the creditors to make them aware of this issue. I also found this account that I believe not mine: Acct name: RS CLARK ASC (Original Creditor: 01 APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE) acct no. XXXXXXXXXXX**** date opened 05/01/2019 balance $74.00 I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with: Company: RS CLARK & ASSOCIATES Address: 12990 PANDORA SUITE 150 DALLAS, TX XXXXX Tel No: (XXX) XXX-XXXX Police Report and FTC Affidavit are attached with this complaint together with dispute letter sent to the bureaus. I also filed complaints thru CFPB. Please delete this account from my credit report at once. In fact, a representative from CFPB (Consumer financial protection bureau who you are referring me to) told me to file a BBB complaint to force a response out of you. Now we are here i got a response out of you but you are not addressing the fraudulent matter at hand. My issue is that I never opened this account and I have been supplying documentation for months to support this claim. AGAIN, Who verified these accounts and HOW? The FCRA says that you have to tell me this in 15 days if I ask Who did you talk to at the original credit grantor? Did you write them? Was a UDF form used or was this through electronic automatic dispute verification? Please tell me how you did that. *Did you contact them at the same address/phone number listed on my report? The FCRA says that you have to tell me this in 15 days if I ask. *Don't provide the generic response of how you use various methods. Tell me exactly HOW you verified them and include the full name of the person you spoke with. *In response to THIS CLAIM, You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY ORIGINAL documentation required under Section 609 (a)(1)(A) & Section 611 (a)(1)(A) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 (5)(A) of the FCRA - you are required to "...promptly DELETE all information which cannot be verified." In accordance with FCRA, Section 611, I am requesting this information to review for completeness and accuracy and appropriateness. In lieu of sending the information you can reopen the dispute and ensure a proper investigation is performed. *Failing that, the item must be deleted from the report as soon as possible. The listed item is entirely inaccurate and incomplete, and as such represents a very serious error in your reporting. Please delete this misleading information. I have not been hospitalized or gone to a facility in almost 4 years. I got this collection bill a few days ago. I do not owe this bill and I have no clue who this is for or for what. I was in a car accident a bout 4 years ago and that was the last time I was seen I do not owe this bill!Business response
