I had been expecting a mail containing my Credentials for work and my new SSN card but were missing even though it showed it had been delivered and left at my door. I hadn't thought anything about it and just had them replaced due to them being needed for work. I received a change of address notification in my mailbox and alerts in my credit file notifying me of changes. I've contacted the creditors and each of them have said that I needed to file paperwork in order for them to absolve me of any wrongdoing. I also found this account that I believe not mine: Acct name: RS CLARK ASC (Original Creditor: 01 APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE) acct no. XXXXXXXXXXX**** date opened 06/01/2020 balance $71.00 I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with: Company: RS CLARK & ASSOCIATES Address: 12990 PANDORA SUITE 150 DALLAS, TX 75238 Tel No: (214) 503-1482 Police Report and FTC Affidavit are attached with this complaint together with dispute letter sent to the bureaus. A COMPLAINT WAS Filed today with CFPB as requested with COMPLAINT NUMBER XXXXXX-XXXXXXX U respond but don't want to address a fraudulent account that was placed on my report? I have been sending numerous correspondence However, your company has not followed the law. Your assertion of these accounts and citation of law - 15 U.S.C. 1692g states nothing more than you're making contact and giving 30 days for the consumer to respond or validate the debt in question. RS CLARK ASC was made aware that this was fraud as they were contacted about this account on 02/16/2022 and again on 03/23/2022. A complaint was filed. Let's see if they FINALLY respond or i will be opening another BBB comaplaint. But I have payed for something else from my credit under this exact company name. This company attempts to collect a debt not owed for an apartment owned by rock wood capital stating I owe two months rent for canceling a month to month lease that was not written or signed by me. They have place a collection on my credit report and damaged my reputation preventing me from obtaining housing. When the inaccuracies was disputed according to my consumer rights the agency continue to harass me and refuse to remove this though documents were provided that identifies the debt is fraudulent and not owed.Business response

They also continue to violate Texas rental laws and refuse to resolve their error and the company they represent. I demand immediate resolution to delete their fraudulent inaccuracies to all credit reporting agencies. This company is violating my consumer rights, I have never been notified as stated by federal law of this alleged account. This item needs to be removed from my credit report for it is in violation of FCRA, FDCPA and no Hippa release has nor can be provided! I am a victim of identity theft and Equifax data breach, Please help resolve this situation for it has caused much stress and lost of many business ventures due to its impact on my credit scores.Business response
