To all those who had a bad experience with Delta Auto Group...I want to share my experience. I was a sales/Finance Mgr with this place. First off, ************** is the classic NOVICE in the auto business. This gentleman had no business being an authorized ***** dealer. He is an official "curbstoner". I was with them for 6 months ***** to 07-21...never had I seen such violations of TILA (TRUTH IN LENDING). For 20 years I have been in Auto Financing from box stores, major brands and trained in financing and insurance. I warned this guy MANY times about how he did business. His response: "This is Delta and we don't give a damn!" It made me cringe the first time I heard him say this. His knowledge of the ramifications of doing business in this industry was nonsensical. He thought he was above the law. I shared with him the bad experiences I had seen in this business but he did not care or he didn't understand the brevity of the business. I shared with him a case involving Reagor ********** in West ***** that left many fined or even JAILED, because of the very thing he is accused of. He took it lightly. I left as soon as I saw what was going in and warned the young kid 23 y.o. who was submitting deals to banks without any training. Powerbooking deals (selling cars that were not what banks were buying), boosting buyer capabilities and fraudulent paperwork. **** did not care, especially when I came down to warranties. This guy deserves to be out of business and investigated. During my time I was vigilant to deal submissions and never received any complaints within the time I was there so far as contracts, titles and warranties. ************** was cognizant of EVERYTHING that he did! I am more than willing to help anyone on a class action suit against Delta during my tenure.
