In october a Shopping cart struck my vehicle in the parking lot of H-E-B Odessa causing damage to the driver door. I called them and they were happy to assist with resolving. They let me know to get 3 estimates and bring them and they would work with me to get the vehicle fixed. I turned in the 3 estimates and for more than a month I havent heard anything. I have called corporate and they gave me a number for a claims adjuster who was working the case *********************** with whom I have tried calling numerous times, numerous voicemails but no response.Business response

Hello,
Just wanted to update since it wont let me on the actual site. H E B reached out tonight and has taken care of the issue. Please **** my complaint as satisfactory. Also please censor any names I put on the complaint as I read afterward that its not allowed. Thank you,
