Wild Things Zoofari Response

Hello ***,
To make a reservation you do not pay a deposit. You pay a deposit after your reservation is confirmed by you and me and you have been given a link and asked to pay it. Your reservation was confirmed after you said you wanted to reserve it prior to you paying a deposit. When you paid the deposit you were made aware that it is non-refundable when you checked the terms and conditions box that you are supposed to read before you can submit the payment. I offered to reschedule you and then let you keep the deposit for a future event because you mentioned you needed to cancel your event because of personal matters going on with your family. If you would have just responded that you really just wanted a refund and acknowledged the terms and conditions instead of opening a Paypal case and going on with your reviews all of a sudden I could have and would have returned it to you right then. Now you have tied it up with Paypal. They will release it at some point.
Yes, I incurred costs making your reservation and paying the fees from your deposit unless you are saying a business owners time spent with a client is not valued. Your a business owner. Is your time spent with clients not worth anything unless your in the room with them?
My 1 post on ******** was not unprofessional or chaotic. I was and still are being attacked on social media with atrocious lies. The only reason I shared that was because he is going after my clients. I was backed into a corner and had to put it out there. Given the field you work in and cases you claim to work with you of all people should be understanding of the post. My clients who I have worked with for years know it is not true and blatant slander. I let it go on for a year before I made the post. When you deal with an abusive ex spouse sometimes you have to just lay it all out so they can not think they have a hold over you anymore. Obviously the court system agrees with me and my mounds of proof. That was about my kids and I will go to no end to protect them and shield them from him. If I have to put a sliver of my personal story out there to protect my business because he is using my kids to go after me and that this is how I support them then I will.
