            I have been living at the **** Historic lofts for about 2 years and at first it was okay but then it turned to h*** in a hand basket. The building was dirty smelled bad, it was constantly smelling of weed, the floors were filthy and smelled horrible the windows are broken out in the building there is constant fighting and the doors on the outside the locks are always broken so you are not safe the laundry room is horrible no machines because someone kept ripping out the coin parts taking the money and maintenance comes in and steals your stuff if no one is at home. Then they had the nerve to put papers on my door stating that i owe $4,888 in back rent and I know that was a lie because I was on housing and even my caseworker said that they were lying and trying to scam more money out of them and me. What is so bad is that I was told that thwe girls working in the office were messing with the ledgers and adjusting numbers and that there was another girl they did it to. The management there is a joke and I want my moving expenses and my pet deposit and deposit because this has stressed me out my caseworker verifieds that I did not owe this money and that everything was current and she even tried calling the company and they would not answer her or they would hang up on her which is crazy and very unprofessional. We have documnetation of them adjusting numbers and changing the dates on my paperwork.

            I stayed here for three years and it was the worst experience ever the place as roaches so bad it makes no since like they literally are that bad they are on the main walls and everything then they kept trying to charge me for rent that I was paying trying to say I wasnt paying when I had proof to show so which they didnt care they still tried to scam me so many times lets not forget everything always breaks and they take a weeks even up to a month to fix the issues they flood so bad in this building your bills is going to stay high cause they window setting is so bad that it lets all your air and heat out so yeah you will freeze to death in the winter and be super hot in the summer the management is so rude and they know it but do not care that they are rude and they will even tell you they dont care that they are being rude not to mention the building stayes dirty and it smells to bad the doors stay broken so there is never no safety not to mention somebody got shot and they let the shooter back in the building the next day when they got out of jail so I felt so unsafe lets not forget to mention they put me out for something that had nothing to do with me when I caused no problems and when I asked why they couldnt even answer the question which is crazy they let anybody move here cause they scam there paper work and there income to make it possible to stay there only because they know the person would definitely not recommend anybody to move here oh yes lets not forget about the bad mold and plumbing all through out the building and apartment you live in and when I say bad I mean black mold bad and they know it but do not care at all please when you see this place do not walk away PLEASE RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN IT WILL NE THE WORST MISTAKE YOU HAVE EVER MADE WHEN IT TO COMES TI YOU LIVING HERE
