Here to warn any future potential purchasers of a JK Monarch home. Believe all the reviews here. I am here to confirm as a home owner living in a home built by JK Monarch, that all the complaints you see here are similar for a reason. You will hear the term "industry standard" as you point out blatant quality issues throughout the build. They will tell you don't worry it will be taken care of during your warranty period. That's when the communication will become extremely difficult. IF THEY decide your issue is in fact a warranty issue, you will quickly learn that they have severe scheduling issues, subs will show up with little to no information as to what they are supposed to fix and not have the tools or correct products to do the work. After being told for over a year that all our drywall issues including bowed and concaved walls, nail pops, cracks, exposed seams that they are electing to cut us a check for 1k in lieu of fixing their work. Devastating. I have hundreds of pictures throughout the build to back up all of our issues. Working with JK Monarch is nothing short of a nightmare. DO NOT EXPECT anything other than a barely industry standard home for a premium price. They are very good at making their homes look good from a distance but fail to hold up under any scrutiny once you move in. Just like the reviews below, we also have warped walls, too many paint issues to list all including paint all over the floors, overspray on shelving, peeling paint due to lack of paint prep VERIFIED by their own ******************************* rep. *** floor that had to be jacked up from underneath the home to bring flooring level now creaks and cracks everywhere. I have spoken to multiple JK Homeowners now that simply gave up. I encourage any current JK Monarch home owner reading this to share their honest experience for the protection of any future hard working families considering a JK Monarch home. BUYER BEWARE.
