      I never contracted with this company and have been being billed by them thru consumers. Yesterday I received this which is 3 months after they have been billing me which is what prompted me to go look in detail at my consumers ****. How is this even legal?

Nordic spoke to ********************* regarding her complaint. It was explained that her account was not enrolled with Nordic, and we have added her to our internal DNC List. She understood and stated she did not mean to file a complaint with Nordic. She wanted to file a complaint against the other supplier she was enrolled with. She did thank me for following up with her concern.       2/14/2022 I have been called and asked to supply my energy **** numbeous times. I have recording myself of all calls, I am on the Federal DO NOT CALL LIST. These guys need to be fined it's non stop harassments.

      I've found that my business account of *** gas utility has contracted with Nordic Energy Services LLC since May 2019. I received the copy of contract and it does have forgery signature. Also I was travelling out of country from May 14 2019 through June 2019 that I could prove I was not in the ** at that time.***************************, **************** Rep informed me one of telemarketer (could be **** Island, signed on the contract) called my store and got a verbal contract with us on May 19 2019, that is what she foundin the system. I believe it's not fair and legal contract. They did not issue a contract with us before I asked them on Feb 11. I had to pay double of gas utility through the *** around 3 years. I want to reimburse all of my payments that I have been charged under false contract with Nordic Energy Services LLC.

The account was enrolled on 5/16/2019 with a Door-to-Door agent, for an introductory fixed rate of $0.259/CCF for two-months and the rate would then be a variable rate for the remainder of the agreement. The customer spoke to a ********************** representative requesting to cancel the account prior to receiving this complaint. Per the customers request the account has been canceled. Nordic attempted to speak to Mr. ********* **** but was asked to speak to his sister regarding the complaint. Nordic spoke to Ms. **** regarding the complaint. It was explained there is a signed contract and the enrollment appeared to be valid. Nordic does apologize for any misunderstandings this may have caused her brother.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Please see the notice from DTE. The contrac will be ended in the end of March. It means that I should pay with higher rate to Nordic Energy by March. Please stop the service through DTE.

      ******, Nordic Engergy called and left a message to me 2/21/2022. She wants to discuss further about the BBB complaints and they did agree to settlement.

      I told her I want to reimburse the money that I've paid to Nordic Energy from 2019.

      You got signed with someone (the recording voice is not mine and the signature was not me.) and your sales person did not ask anythung to verify the identity such as a driver license, business account number or address at all.

      I want to get back money all of payment.

      Nordic Energy spoke to the customer regarding this complaint. It was explained that a rerate will be done on the account. A check will be cut and sent to the customer. The customer understood and thanked me for following up on the complaint. Nordic did apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.       we had a contract with nordic energy for three months i think and we did not recieve any notification of it expiring and the rate for the commodity charge was **** times the prior month it went from ****** per KWH to ****** per KWH which is alot higher and i tried contacting them several times just to get pushed off to different people. i would just like to be refunded some of the money all everyone said is that is their rate and i said i was never notified of any of this and all they kept saying is thats our rate can you please help me ***************************

      I had two people come out sometime in August I remember and talk to my brother and I about going with Nordic energy. We were told over and over that that would be the only **** that we got that we would not be getting billed for ************************ on top of the **** that they would be sending. This was false information I'm still getting built from ************************ and them and when I called ************************ they said of course you are because that's a secondary company. So we were lied to and I'm trying to cancel it and I've called over and over and over and any of the numbers or extensions that I reach until B nobody's there I've left messages for them to call me back and nobody has responded. I have to keep paying this amount and I would only be paying half of that to the illuminating company. I need somebody to take care of this or for them to respond to me. I did tell them that if they did not respond I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau

      Nordic Energy has researched the circumstances of this complaint. Nordic attempted to contact the customer after receiving the complaint but was unable to speak to the customer, an automated recording stated the mailbox was full.  Since Nordic was unable to speak with the customer, we are uncertain what number she initially called. Nordic maintains regular business hours in the Central Time Zone with voice mail available 24/7. The customer was billed at the introductory rate of $0.04299/kwh for two-months and the rate would then be a variable rate for the remainder of the agreement. The agent stated he would not tell a customer they will only be billed by **********************. The agents will be reminded in their pre-sales meeting that the billing will continue to come from the utility. Nordic apologizes for any misunderstandings she may have had. Per the customers request the enrollment has been cancelled.       This issue occurred on 1-06-2022. Someone came to the door and I answered. I am hard of hearing and did not understand all that was said. I was asked about my gas rates. I thought this was a representative of the gas company. they proceeded to question me about my gas rates etc. The next thing I knew I was on the phone speaking to what seemed to be an automated message that I could barely hear. It wasn't until later, after I left that I realized that I had been scammed.

      Nordic Energy called me several times and would not take no for an answer. They told me it was cheaper and it's double what I was paying. I now want this cancelled but no one answers the phone at the company.I want to cancel this service and return to Consumers energy as my provider completely for my natural gas.

      A man showed up at my apartment building presenting himself as someone from PECO, our electricity provider. He asked for my PECO account information and gave the impression that he was making a regular visit from PECO. I found my PECO account number in my online bank records. He asked if I had a **** from PECO but I'd already paid my monthly ****. He took my PECO account number and my name, address and phone number. He used my phone to bring up a website where he asked me to sign my name in two different places. It was only at that point that I asked him if he was a PECO employee. He admitted that he wasn't. I asked him who he worked for and he said Nordic Energy. I asked him his name and he said *******************. I asked him for a phone number and he gave me ************. This person from Nordic Energy was trying to fool PECO customers into thinking he was from PECO and trying to take their PECO account information and sign them up, without their even realizing it, with another energy company.

      Company uses telemarketers that are violating the federal do not call registry. Despite being notified that I am on the do not call registry I have been called 9 times in the last 3 days. At $500 a violation the Company is now up to a fine of $4,500. My next stop is to local small claims court. Number used in supporting documents are *****************-358-6314; ************; ************; and ************. I will settle out of court if the company so desires.

Nordic call records show attempts made to call this number after the customer visited a URL page on 12/26/2021 where he provided consent to call him at the number listed in this complaint. The customer did check the green I Agree box, by checking the box he expressly consented to receive marketing and informational phone calls and text messages from Super-Samples and their ****************** on the land line and/or mobile number he provided.We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused him.       Nordic records show the customer authorized contact on 12/26/2021. Nordic call history shows all calls to the customers phone number after this authorization. The customer provided a call record associated with this concern. All the Nordic call records show attempts made to this customer occurred after 12/26/2021.Nordic respects the customers concerns but cannot find any indication of contact prior to the customers authorization. Nordic has ceased marketing contact going forward with the customer on our internal Do Not Contact list.
