The reviews I have read from others about BidCars is a mirror of what I experienced. The practices are deceptive. On 5/17/24, I visited this dealership with pre-approval from the Navy ********************* The sales rep asked for a copy and stepped away only to return, saying we can get you a better rate. I reluctantly agreed because of the pressure. The sales rep came back with Rockland ******************** approval, and now said they need a $1,000 downpayment which I believe they saw from the total lost paperwork that I was getting a couple of thousand. I was heavily pressured to get the warranty they suggested. After I signed the purchase and sales agreement the next day, I was told there was a delay with RTA and that the A/C module needed to be replaced. Then it was hard to get a hold of the sales representative. It was weeks before I could get the car. I believe they were trying to buy time because of the Lemon Law. Upon pickup, the car the sales rep said if doesn't ultimately pass inspection to call. I think they knew it wouldn't. I had the car inspected three times. The inspector said, maybe the car needed to be driven more for the computer to read and that I should add mileage. Upon the third visit, the inspector said I needed to contact the dealership where I brought the car something was not right. Also, by the third visit, the engine light came on. Now I am financing a car the can't pass inspection and which maybe a lemon. BidCars deceptive sales tactics are the worst I have ever seen, now I am paying the cost. This dealership I believe should be investigated. Please do your research before you go to BidCars. Once they get you to buy a car, they go ghost without returning phone calls or emails. This dealership has caused me a lot of stress and anguish. I notified the ** and MASSPIRG ********************** for help.

when ******************************* purchase her vehicle from us at bidcars boston she was offered an oppurtunity to finance with us at a lower interest rate and she accepted that offer, at the time of purchase she was also offered an opportunity to purchase an extended warranty for her vehicle and she also agreed to this offer and purchased the warranty for her car

at the time of sale ***************************** was aware of an air conditioning issue with the car that needed repairs, she agreed to wait for the repairs to be done

once the parts were received the repairs were performed, and once her insurance company provided us with the necessary documents to register her car that was also done

she purchased her vehice on 5/17/24 and the vehicle was repaired and registered by 6/1/24.
