They’ve offered discount options and payment plans without addressing my requests for debt verification. The entire process has been opaque, frustrating, and dismissive of my core concern — their failure to produce legally binding proof of debt. Furthermore, **** ******* ****** ***** has never notified me of this alleged debt, which I find suspicious. ConServe’s communications contain details like phone numbers and web links, none of which pertain directly to **** *******. This raises questions about the legitimacy of the debt. ConServe has continued to report this debt on my credit report even after my dispute, threatening my financial reputation without verified grounds. Their actions are predatory. I request that the BBB investigate this matter. I am not liable for this debt, and I ask that it be removed from my credit report immediately.
