Ive had an open claim for over two months! ************************* is NOT dependable and this place sucks! I go WEEKS without any returned calls or emails and Ive had it! Shouldnt take this long to get my **** car fixed! Ugh!

This claim was first reported to us on 5/28/2024. We began an investigation into the claim that same day.We spoke with *********************************** on 5/30/2024 and secured a statement regarding the facts of the loss. We advised *********************************** that we would need to contact our insured driver and secure his statement prior to determining coverage and liability. On that same day, we sent *********************************** a link to upload pictures of the damaged vehicle so we could write an estimate of the damage.Our investigation consisted of multiple attempts to contact our insured via phone, text, and mail. After contacting our insured driver on 6/12/2024, we verified coverage and accepted liability. We attempted a call to *********************************** on that same day and requested she send us the photos again as we had not received anything. We spoke with *********************************** on 6/24/2024 and sent another link for the picture s. After receiving pictures on 7/24/2024, we were able to complete an estimate of the damage. A check for $1,383.33 was sent to the vehicle owner on 8/8/2024.We have attached a copy of the check sent to ***********************************.
